Cassiar worked with Commercial Emergency to create a video package for their rebrand and website redesign. We worked with them to capture why they are trusted in the emergency industry as an equipment dealer and servicer. We captured their story from their professional background in the industry to their clients glowing reviews of what it’s been like to work with and trust them.

PRODUCTION

Production took place over three days with three different scenes. The first location was at Richmond Firehall 1. It was very important to the project to see the trucks in action and get footage of a fire hall that is working closely with Commercial to keep their trucks service ready. While we were there, we also got an interview from the Chief of the firehall who spoke to the importance of working with a good dealer and how satisfied he has been Commercial’s service. Our second scene was out on a variety of on the street locations showing off one of Commercials biggest trucks they sell. Commercial works closely with Pierce Trucks so it was important to show off what their top of the line product could do. We took it to some scenic locations, in tight residential areas, and filmed a full demo of it to show off its capabilities. Our final scene was at the Commercial storefront and service garage to capture the work they do to keep help their customers emergency equipment on the road. We supplemented all this footage with various interviews of Commercial staff, the president of Pierce Trucks, and various fire fighting personnel that deal with Commercial Emergency.
